No. It’s a liability on everyone’s part. Only clearly marked service dogs will be allowed. We love pups, but leave fido at home, please.

Nope, if the event is sold out, it is sold out. The event venue only has so much space available.
- What if it rains or snows? Will the event be canceled or move to another time?
The show will go on! Rain, wind, snow and ice will NOT stop Tailspin Ale Fest. We have too many good beers to tap and taste! DRESS WARM. Layer up. Be prepared to be outside, like you’re tailgating at your favorite game or TAILSPIN! No umbrellas allowed. You'll poke someone's eye out!
- If I can’t attend Tailspin Ale Fest and have a ticket, can I get a refund?
No. All ticket sales are final. Be careful of scammers! If you buy a ticket from someone online that says they can't go, it's best you know them. The only valid tickets that will be allowed are through our ETIX system or the paper tickets from Evergreen Liquors.
- Is Tailspin Ale Fest Handicap accessible?
Yes. All areas are accessible by a wheelchair and a designated portable restroom will be available.
- What should I wear to Tailspin Ale Fest?
Dress according to the predicted weather reports. The event will be 100% outside the Airplane Hangar due to the Louisville Fire Marshal regulations. We will have some areas with large tents and some areas will be completely uncovered. Please dress accordingly. If the temps are slated to be cold, please wear warm socks, layers and appropriate shoes and coats. We don’t want those toes to get cold! The beer will make you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside as it is called “Louisville’s Winter Warmer.”
- Where do I park?
There is public parking located on the grass lot in front of the drivers license branch. You will proceed to walk back to 2700 Gast Boulevard. You will be directed to park, please follow the directional parking guides. Your vehicle can be left until 1PM on Sunday. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. We recommend Designated Drivers, taking the shuttle or taking an Uber/Lyft.
